Mama's Choice Wins Chairman's Stakes

Flagship Arrowfield Stud stallion & former Australian Champion Sire Redoute's Choice (Danehill-Shantha's Choice, by Canny Lad) added a juvenile black-type success (& 81st individual stakes-winner world-wide) when debutante filly Mama's Choice (Redoute's Choice-Red Hot Mama, by General Nediym) scored a half-length victory against the males in the $100,000 Listed Chairman's Stakes (1100m) for 2YOs at Caulfield. Mama's Choice (ridden by Dwayne Dunn for trainer David Hayes) defeated fellow filly Formidable (Strada-Gladiator Girl, by Spartacus) & favoured colt Jimando (Commands-Finko, by Caerleon).
